I FINALLY DID IT :D
Yesterday I re-joined a gym and that's how my body looks like now LOL
I really need to work on my upper body and stomach.
My weight increased in the last 4 years from 49.5 KGs to 56.5 KGs, the coach says because I quit the gym for almost 2 years.
